This study proposes the integration of sports and education as a potential solution, leveraging its ability to foster physical, cognitive, and social development while alleviating academic pressure. Drawing on the theories of multi-agent collaborative governance and resource symbiosis, this research investigates the mechanisms through which multiple stakeholders can effectively collaborate to achieve sports-education integration. Using a mixed-methods approach, including qualitative interviews, surveys, and system dynamics modeling, the study identifies key stakeholders, analyzes their interactions, and evaluates the impact of various policy interventions. The findings contribute to the theoretical understanding of educational involution and provide actionable insights for policymakers seeking to promote sports-education integration and mitigate the effects of educational involution.
2025-04-18T00:00:00+08:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Journal of Integrated Social Sciences and Humanities https://ojs.sgsci.org/journals/jissh/article/view/255 A Literature Review on Work Family Balance among Married and Childbearing Female Teachers in Chinese Universities 2024-11-25T10:02:59+08:00 Xiujuan Zhang ishci2023@163.com
This literature review discusses the current situation and ways in which married and childbearing female teachers in Chinese universities balance work and family. Due to the increasing number of women entering the workforce, people are paying more attention to the issues of work and family, as well as the concept of how to balance these two fields. Although multiple studies have explored the issue of work family balance for female practitioners, the results of these studies cannot be directly applied to married and childbearing female teachers in Chinese universities. Because female practitioners from different countries, regions, and professions face vastly different work family issues. Now, it is necessary to specifically analyze the issue of work family balance among married and childbearing female teachers in Chinese universities. The results show that married and childbearing female teachers in Chinese universities not only face numerous obstacles in their work, but also need to cope with various challenges in their families, as they shoulder dual careers. Adopting flexible work schedules, support from colleagues/superiors, and government coordination and promotion can alleviate the pressure brought by their dual identities.
2025-01-08T00:00:00+08:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Journal of Integrated Social Sciences and Humanities https://ojs.sgsci.org/journals/jissh/article/view/357 AI-Empowered Learning Ecology Under China’s ‘Double Reduction’ Policy 2025-04-11T09:44:48+08:00 Zhanguo Su 2946992896@qq.com Yiping Su suzhanguo@163.com
China’s 2021 “Double Reduction” policy reduces student academic burdens and regulates tutoring, yet challenges remain in equitable education access and student well-being. This study proposes a digital education model—the Health Learning Chain (HLC)—using biological-behavioral big data to optimize learning through physiological, psychological, and behavioral insights. Employing mixed methods (interviews, surveys, and system dynamics modeling), it explores multi-agent collaboration and resource sharing in sports-education integration. Key findings highlight stakeholder cooperation and resource optimization as vital for success. Policy simulations show short-term gains from increased resources but emphasize long-term reliance on governance and policy support. Recommendations include boosting resources, enhancing collaboration, and establishing sustainable policy frameworks, offering actionable strategies for a balanced educational ecosystem under “Double Reduction”.
2025-04-18T00:00:00+08:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Journal of Integrated Social Sciences and Humanities https://ojs.sgsci.org/journals/jissh/article/view/289 Iteration and Reconstruction: Research on the Cultivation of Network and New Media Talents in the Context of New Liberal Arts 2025-02-05T08:46:14+08:00 Xie Chen ishci2023@163.com
As a new major in journalism and communication, network and new media is born to meet the needs of the development of the digital information age and the requirements of the integration trend of mobile Internet media. Professional construction and personnel training should be more closely related to the needs of The Times and social progress. At present, there are some problems in the cultivation of network and new media professionals in three aspects: concept, model and mechanism. The construction of the major needs to grasp the historical opportunity of the construction of the new liberal arts and upgrade the professional talent training system from the perspective of keeping pace with The Times. Specifically, the construction of network and new media major should adhere to the new era education concept of “intelligence and wisdom”, pay more attention to the “multi-dimensional” teaching and training model, and try to strengthen school-enterprise cooperation from the mechanism level, and build a new media “campus factory”.
2025-02-18T00:00:00+08:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Journal of Integrated Social Sciences and Humanities
