The Impact of China's Monetary Policy on Businesses
Monetary-related measures rolled out by Chinese authorities shape overall market conditions and exert tangible influences on how domestic enterprises operate and evolve. This seminar paper starts by laying out basic definitions, core goals, and common operational tools of monetary policy. It then adopts the SWOT evaluation framework to sort out corresponding advantages, drawbacks, external chances and potential hazards. Huawei is selected as the practical case for concrete illustration. Research findings indicate that well-calibrated monetary settings can cut corporate financing expenses, back technical-driven innovation, and create favourable conditions for cross-border expansion and green-oriented business growth. Nevertheless, firms also have to cope with headwinds including exchange-rate swings, supply-chain fragility, inflation pressure and complicated geopolitical factors. At the end of this paper, practical suggestions are put forward for enterprises to handle these obstacles and realise long-run stable growth.
