The Influence of Employee Mindfulness on Customer Satisfaction under the Background of Platform Economy

Employee mindfulness can help improve employee engagement and customer satisfaction. In order to further reveal the action path of employee mindfulness and the influence of related factors, this paper reviews the internal action mechanism of employee mindfulness from the perspective of platform economy. By combing the action mechanism of the four core variables of employee mindfulness, state gratitude, work flow and customer satisfaction, a complete employee mindfulness action path is constructed to provide theoretical support and practical inspiration for enterprise managers, and help enterprises adapt to the changes of The Times and achieve healthy and sustainable development.
